We&#8217;re looking for an experienced Account Director to join our Employment Brand and Management Services division.&nbsp; This new role will be supporting a new solution within one of our global Financial Services Clients.&nbsp; You will be expected to travel between the client office in Rhode Island and our office in Boston. There will also be occasional travel to the UK required.</p>
<p>You will have proven experience in a related role and the ability to drive a culture of service excellence, develop in-depth understanding of clients&#8217; needs and put your strong people management and communication skills to good use on this important blue-chip account.</p>
<p>Key to the success of this position is your ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.&nbsp; You will be charged with leading projects that rely on resources internally at AMS and external vendors while influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders in various departments at the client. All of this will be done while ensuring the client&rsquo;s central objectives are being delivered on a truly global account in collaboration with your peers in the UK &amp; Asia. Attention to detail is also vital to ensure projects are kept on schedule and on budget. Lastly, you must also be comfortable and ideally have previous experience working in a highly regulated industry.</p>
<p>You will be working with a team of digital advertising, marketing and communications experts from a variety of industries and backgrounds with the drive to bring innovation and the &lsquo;wow&rsquo; factor to all our clients in a unique way. You will also have the support of a global network that promotes and provides internal mobility opportunities, and key learning insights from our other Professional Service and RPO teams to foster your personal and professional development.</p>
<p>You&rsquo;ll be the main point of contact to build, strengthen and grow key relationships for our business and manage ground breaking projects. Not only will this position involve delivering a high level of service, strong key stakeholder management, project management and innovation but it will also allow you to gain global expertise.</p>
<p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>
<p>If you have experience of leading and operationally managing an employer brand or marketing team, developing and delivering complex marketing projects, preferably from a recruitment / resourcing bias, and presenting to senior clients &ndash; we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.</p>

<p>The staff accountant will report directly to the President in coordination with the outside CFO and will work approximately 24 hours per week.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform all tasks associated with Accounts Payable including vendor invoice vouchering and cash disbursements</li>
<li>Perform all tasks associated with Accounts Receivable including coordination of invoicing with sales associates and follow up collection,receipt and deposit of payments</li>
<li>Assist in cash management and cash control programs</li>
<li>Download payment data from Paypal and import to Quickbooks on a weekly basis</li>
<li>Spread credit card charges to proper accounts</li>
<li>Reconcile checking account monthly</li>
<li>Assist President with processing payroll and biweekly entry into Quickbooks</li>
<li>Assist with human resource duties as needed</li>
<li>Assist event manager with vendor management</li>
<li>Perform membership renewal duties on a monthly basis</li>
<li>Process and maintain general journal entries</li>
<li>Assist with month end and annual close</li>
<li>Participate in monthly balance sheet and income statement account analysis</li>
<li>Be able to identify new issues that arise and bring them to the attention of the CFO</li>
<li>Assist with general phone and office work</li>
<li>Assist with data collection for annual tax return preparation</li>
<li>Assist in special projects when needed and perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration</li>
<li>Must have at least five years of accounting experience in the workplace</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Quick Books with experience</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Must be detail oriented, flexible, and be able to work with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Must have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Word</li>

<li>Develop organizational strategies by contributing sales information, analysis, and recommendations on strategic direction; supporting sales objectives in line with organizational objectives.</li>
<li>Develop print and digital product and pricing strategies to attain revenue goals for each category</li>
<li>Support business pitches and RFP responses in conjunction with the Account Executives and Marketing teams, including defining and scoping new relationships and opportunities.</li>
<li>Identify, evaluate, and recommend new revenue opportunities within assigned categories to maximize financial and audience share across all Boston Globe Media platforms in the short and long term. Including packaging, bundling, positioning &amp; pricing.</li>
<li>Partner with sales primarily and other departments to establish best processes and infrastructures necessary to successfully implement initiatives.</li>
<li>Make recommendations on organizational capabilities, timing, costs, execution, and distribution methods.</li>
<li>Establish milestones, metrics and goals (revenue &amp; margins) for initiatives and track performance accordingly.</li>
<li>Provide formal and informal training to sales teams on topics including pricing, competitive positioning and product offerings.</li>
<li>Work with current partners and investigate new partnerships</li>
<li>Manage all sales collateral and go-to-market strategy for each assigned business category</li>
<li>Manage category sales assistant</li>
</ul>

<li><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b>

<li>Strong financial / quantitative analysis</li>
<li>Understanding of industry &amp; market trends required to make recommendations on new revenue opportunities &amp; new product offerings</li>

<li>Excellent communications both verbal &amp; written</li>
<li>Ability to make projections on revenue, expenses &amp; margins</li>
<li>Minimum three years of business experience in advertising, media consulting, and or finance.</li>

The Ad Club is looking to hire a Director of Sales and Partnership. The position requires a self-starter with tremendous energy and professionalism. A passion for branding and knowledge of the Ad industry is a must along with 7+ years of sales experience in a related industry (agency, media or related services).<br />
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills. He or she will be a relationship builder who is comfortable interacting with all levels of management including senior executive levels.</p>
<p>This person will work directly with the Ad Club marketing team to create and package sponsorships and other opportunities that are customizable and scalable, as well as grow the Ad Club membership base.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong><br />
7+ years of sales experience preferred<br />
Experience with managing people<br />
Thorough knowledge of Keynote, Word, Excel &amp; Data Management<br />
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms a plus<br />
Compensation: Base Salary + Commissions (To be discussed at Interview)</p>

<p>DESCRIPTION:</p>
<p>Job Summary: Manages TJX Corporate Database Analysis Team in developing, executing and measuring CRM programs (Direct Mail, Email, Mobile &amp; Customer Loyalty Programs) that drive profitable incremental sales. Plays an integral role in measuring CRM marketing strategies for all of the TJX divisions. Oversees the TJX customer database.</p>
<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<p>* Manages analysis of all customer marketing efforts, working with CRM Manager and Supervisors to ensure analyses are accurate and actionable<br />* Manages presentation of analyses to corporate partners<br />* Leverage customer database to drive strategic business insight across all TJX divisions<br />* Act as marketing lead for database, PII and privacy initiatives working with TJX Legal, IT, and vendors<br />* Manage customer database agency relationship<br />* Lead, direct and develop Database Analysis team of current business operating metrics, focused on developing performance metrics around the lifecycle of new and active loyalty and private label (TJX) credit card memberships<br />* Ensures professional and technical development of staff through education, evaluation and training<br />* Analyze, interpret, develop strategy and provide recommendations to increase loyalty and private credit card member engagement and experience<br />* Create concepts, justify business cases and manage the implementation of changes to the analytic processes to improve customer engagement, experience and value metrics<br />* Provide timely insights, analytical and strategic support to effective direct marketing business decision-making<br />* Lead and direct analysis of consumer and member behavior<br />* Identify key success indicators and determine best practices for measurement and reporting, as well as provide insight for future strategic opportunities<br />* Assists AVP in assessing growth opportunities for TJX Loyalty initiatives</p>

<p>CTen+ years of directly related experience, with no less than 5+ years of direct responsibility of leading, developing and directing others within one&#8217;s team either on retail-client side or agency with retail clients<br />* HIGHLY analytical and strategic position!<br />* Must be analytical with superior interpretation skills of analyses in order to build a strategy of next steps and be able to present a &#8220;big picture&#8221; innovative strategy to senior management<br />* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. <p>DESCRIPTION:</p>
<p>JOB SUMMARY:</p>
<p>Manage the execution of photo shoots from start to finish to ensure the photo strategy is accomplished. The Senior Art Buyer is a leader within the department and is responsible for coordinating the research, acquisition, production (photo shoots), presentation, negotiation, copyright management, purchasing and tracking of images for all advertising, collateral, videography and marketing materials for TJX. This includes research and management of outside vendors such as photographers, illustrators and stock image sources.</p>
<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<p>&bull; Collaborate with the Creative and Brand teams to bring the creative concept to life by managing every facet of photo production, including location, talent, pre-pro meetings and photo shoot budgets<br />&bull; Partner with creative directors, art directors, print and web production teams, and merchandise managers to schedule shoots based on production deadlines and sample availability<br />&bull; Oversee production logistics of various ad campaigns, PR, e-commerce and still life photo shoots for each TJX brand, while managing the legal aspects of the image usage.<br />&bull; Develop strong relationships with outside agencies while sourcing new locations, talent and models for the creative teams<br />&bull; Explore new photography, crew, talent and locations to bring current trends and resources to the brands. Attend industry conferences as deemed necessary for exploration purposes<br />&bull; Negotiate competitive rates for models, hair stylist, makeup-up artists, wardrobe stylist, prop stylists, prop stylists, photographers, studios, producers, catering, locations, illustrators, out of home purchases and magazine use<br />&bull; Provide operational direction on photo shoots and oversee all productions while keeping shoots timely and on budget<br />&bull; Post-production tasks of scheduling returns, review and approve all invoices from photo shoot and management of the photography budget<br />&bull; Work within the process and procedures of TJX corporate, meeting with the legal department to insure proper legal updates, work with TJX travel to adhere to the policies for employee travel</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>

<p>&bull; 4+ years art buying experience, fashion booker or photography experience<br />&bull; Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Advertising, and/or Fine Arts or equivalent job experience<br />&bull; Photography, videography, shoot experience<br />&bull; Photography job estimating<br />&bull; Excellent communication skills<br />&bull; Excellent negotiating skills<br />&bull; Ability to manage multiple projects with changing demands</p>
